Does the rental rate include breakfast?
A: We include American breakfast for
daily & weekly rental only. We can also arrange breakfast as room
service order. You need to inform us 1 day in advance. The charge for
breakfast per person is as per menu.

A:
Yes, we have launderette and dryer machine on the 1st floor of
Viangbua Mansion Building. You will have to insert 20 bahts per wash
(maximum 15 kilos) and 20 bahts again if you requires the dryer
machine.

Is there a limitation for the number of residents?
A:
Yes, 2 residents for the 36sq.m., 47sq.m. room and 2 residents for the
71 sq.m., 86 sq.m. room. For children under 15 years old, they can

Is there cable TV or satellite TV at Viangbua Mansion Serviced

A: We
have a cable & satellite TV featuring CNN, Star Sport, Star Movies,
AXN, NHK (Japanese), Discovery Channel and there are also Thai's TV
channels 3,5,7,9,11, ITV, Modernine, Thai Global Networks.

A: Hi-speed wireless
internet. The wireless is available throughout the building. You will
be able to access the internet and the world wide web either in the
room, lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, fitness centre and even in the
massage room.

Q: Why Viangbua mansion
price is more expensive than some other apartment with a same space?
A:
When comparing Viangbua mansion’s price to some other apartment’s
price, our price is higher. That is true. However, when we compare our
value to some other value, it is obvious that our value is worth for
money. We emphasis on safety and comfort where our slogan come from
“where safety and comfort come first” Our safety consists of 2 systems
which are equipment and human.
Equipment system: Electronic locking system, Electronic in-room safe, Lift access
control, Close circuit television
Human System: 24 hrs front office and 24 hrs security guard.
Confort: fully furnished, air-condition, House keeping service once a week,
Linen, towel change once a week, Private mail box, Mail, email and fax
service, Hi-speed wireless internet, Cable TV and satellite, Dial
direct telephone, Fitness, Restaurant, Coffee shop.

Q: What is the speed of Internet signal and how much does it cost per
month?.
A: The speed
of our wireless internet is 1 Mbps. Internet fee is 500 baht per month
or 100 baht per day. The internet expense is not included in the room
rent.

monthly rent providing cleaning service?
A: Yes. For monthly rent, housekeeping will service three times per
week. One time chaning towel and linen. Two times clean up floor and
bathroom. Daily cleaning and linen change will providing only for
daily and weekly rent.

have parking lot providing in your building?
A: Yes, we do.
There are around 50 parking lots providing either in the ground floor
or around the building. Parking fee is free for the resident.

of fitness equipment that you offer in your fitness room and how much
do i need to pay if i want to use fitness room?
A: Our fitness
equipments compose with a treadmill, bike, crosstrainer, chest
exerciser, dumbell and bench. Fitness open from 8:30-5:30 pm. Closed
on Friday. Fitness using is free and reserved for Viangbua Resident
only

to place deposit to guarantee my booking?
A: We recommend
customer to place deposit 10% of total room rent to guarantee their
booking. You can pay this deposit by using credit card instantly via

A: Within 3 business days, you should
