About Us
Introduction
Viangbua's also known as (aka) in Thai's definition “The city of Lotus” is located at No: 3/1 Viangbua Road, Chang Puek, Muang, Chiang Mai Thailand. Officially launched on the 15 November 2004, Our mansion is the latest and newest service apartment in Chiangmai Thailand at this moment.
The Building
Our building has 8 storey with 108 fully furnished and fixture rooms in 5 catagories ranging from Superior Type 1 & 2, Deluxe Type 1 & 2 to a Luxurious Grand Deluxe and an underground car parking with 40 cars lot. The composition/location of our rooms, recreation, services and management departments are as followed:
1st Floor.
Lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, souvenir shop, launderette and dryer machine.
2nd Floor.
Fitness Room.
3rd-6th Floor.
House 88 Rooms consists of 79 units Superior Type 1 and 9 units Superior Type 2. The Superior Type 1 is located in the building and smaller compared to the Superior Type 2 which is located at the corner of the building which allowed more space and more light from the outside.
7-8th Floor.
House 20 rooms consists of 01 unit Grand Deluxe, 01 unit Superior Type 1, 14 units Deluxe Type 1 and 4 unit Deluxe Type 2. The Deluxe Type 1 is located in the building and smaller compared to the Deluxe Type 2 which is located at the corner of the building which allowed more space and more light from the outside.
Reservation
Room reservation are open for booking & rental on a daily, weekly & monthly basis. We also accept walk-in subject to the availability of room on a first-come first serve basis. - Ours facilities included Cable TV, Private mailbox, Hot water, TV, Refrigeration, and Air-Condition. Electronic stove and Ventilation are available only in Deluxe type 1-2.
- Cleaning service three times per week included with Linen, towel change once a week.
- Hi-speed wireless internet. The wireless is available throughout the building. You will be able to access the internet and the World Wide Web either in the room, lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, or fitness room. (Internet fee is not included in room rent).
- Other services included Restaurant, Coffee shop, Dryer Machine, Launderette, Fax and mail services.
- English speaking staffs in all departments.
